Antoine Chamoun-Farah
Currently, I am a 3rd year Ph.D candidate in chemical engineering at the University of Texas at Austin.
I am in Dr. Benny Freeman's and Dr. Joan Brennecke's research groups. My research is focused on supported ionic liquid membranes (SILMs) for dilute carbon capture (direct air capture/post-combustion carbon capture).
I obtained a Master in Engineering Management from Washington University in St. Louis (2020 - 2021), a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis (2018 - 2021), and a bachelor of science in mathematics, with a minor in physics from St. Edward's University in Austin, TX (2015 - 2018). This was done as part of the dual-degree program with Washington University and St. Edward's University.
